Lead Technical Strategist Opportunity

We seek a skilled leader to drive technology vision and direction across our diverse product lines. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to balance scalability, security, and user experience.

About this Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and mentor our engineering team, fostering a high-performance culture.

You will define system architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and security, working closely with product and business teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals.

Establish and maintain best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and cloud infrastructure, providing hands-on technical contributions when required while guiding long-term engineering direction.

Manage integrations with third-party services, vendors, and technology partners, staying ahead of emerging technologies and recommending adoption where relevant.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in backend systems (e.g., Python, Java), frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Experience building large-scale, secure, transaction-based systems or real-time, consumer-facing applications.
  • Proven ability to balance technical oversight with hands-on coding.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
