Electronics Industry Strategist

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in defining key markets and securing new customers within your assigned sales territory.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain and nurture relationships with customer contacts who identify opportunities for growth and handle existing challenges.
- Ensure customer satisfaction regarding supply chain management and additional value-added services.
- Cultivate strong ties with vendors and customers within a technical and engineering environment.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of pricing models and strategies within the electronics industry.
- Develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, showcasing Arrow's full offerings through comprehensive knowledge of supplier lines.
- Promote and sell the value-add, supply chain, and full lifecycle programs offered by Arrow.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- At least 6-8 years' experience in electronic component sales/marketing or business development.
- Strong comprehension of distribution sales and business operations.
- Ability to size and scope priorities in the market, understand competitive advantages, and deploy resources to expand market share.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, as well as negotiation skills.
