We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Business Strategy Director to drive online sales and growth for our education market segment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies to elevate our ecommerce business and improve retention rates.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive marketing plans to drive both merchants and customers to our ecommerce platform.
Implement campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, SEO, and PPC.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
Foster community growth and engagement through referral programs, loyalty programs, and user-generated content initiatives.
Manage outsourced consultant partners to ensure quality and satisfactory deliverables and outcomes.
Continuously devise new and creative ways to acquire and retain users, leveraging emerging technologies and unconventional growth strategies.

Digital Marketing Channels:
Oversight and optimization of the ecommerce website and platform performance.
Management of SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings.
Implementation of effective PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
Development and execution of social media marketing strategies to engage with customers and build brand awareness.
Management of email marketing programs and push notifications to drive conversions.
A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experiments to optimize conversion rates and user experience.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Tracking and analysis of key performance indicators (website traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, CTR) to measure marketing effectiveness.
Preparation of regular reports on marketing performance and provision of recommendations for optimization.
Use of data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in ecommerce marketing or a related field.
Experience in elevating a new or low traffic ecommerce site to a profitable status.
Proven experience as a Growth Hacker, preferably in a startup, SaaS, or marketplace environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
Proficiency in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, CS-Cart).
Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
