Job Summary:

The Central Wellness Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing employee wellbeing programs and initiatives to promote a healthy and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement wellbeing programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct regular pulse surveys to assess staff wellbeing and develop targeted interventions.
  • Provide support and resources for staff members facing emotional concerns.
  • Manage the Wellbeing Officers program and support team members in their roles.
  • Plan and organize health, sports, and social recreational activities for staff.
  • Support digitalization efforts to improve staff connectivity and access to wellbeing initiatives.
  • Collaborate on cluster level wellbeing activities to promote staff interaction and bonding.
Requirements:
  • Minimum degree in Social Work, Counselling, or Psychology.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing employee mental health and wellbeing.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
