Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine medical policies to determine patient coverage and assess claims for accuracy and completeness.
  • Validate claims, obtain necessary documentation, and issue LOGs as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with the management team to analyze claim trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives, such as developing new medical claims solutions and processes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum 3-month commitment, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
  • Availability for fixed morning and/or fixed afternoon shifts.
  • Experience in medical claims processing, preferably in a Third-Party Administrator/Managed Healthcare environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage stakeholders effectively.
