We are seeking a skilled Claims Assistant to join our team at Alliance Healthcare Group Limited. As a Claims Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing medical claims, ensuring accurate and efficient processing, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Examine medical policies to determine patient coverage and assess claims for accuracy and completeness.
- Validate claims, obtain necessary documentation, and issue LOGs as required.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and SLAs.
- Collaborate with the management team to analyze claim trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives, such as developing new medical claims solutions and processes.
- A minimum 3-month commitment, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
- Availability for fixed morning and/or fixed afternoon shifts.
- Experience in medical claims processing, preferably in a Third-Party Administrator/Managed Healthcare environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage stakeholders effectively.
