Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Coordinator to support our team in Physical Security and Health & Safety. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in international business administration and excellent influencing skills.

The Coordinator will be responsible for managing security processes, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring alignment with group standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek and promote effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Support the Security Managers and work with vendors on operational issues and performance reviews.
  • Liaise with related parties for incident investigation and review.
  • Collect and maintain information related to physical security and health-and-safety aspects of the boutique and facilities.
  • Collaborate with store planning and administration teams on physical and technical measures via Local Security Managers.
  • Support the PSHSE Team by coordinating with 3rd party security vendors.
  • Efficiently collaborate with external security suppliers and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Business Administration/Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in an international company and exposed to supporting senior leaders.
  • Possess good influencing skills and can communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in SAP & Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Positive and proactive mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Able to work autonomously but also as part of a team.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
  • Have a strong sense of adaptability, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
