Front Office Manager
Job DescriptionManage Front Desk Operations:
- Ensure guest registration, check out and telephone service are efficient.
- Monitor front desk agents to ensure adherence to established procedures.
- Handle guest interactions in a courteous and professional manner.
- Verify guest identity and credit, and process cash transactions accurately.
Requirements:
- Under the guidance of the Director of Rooms or other authorized personnel, oversee daily front office operations.
- Act as primary contact for guests and other hotel departments in the absence of the Director of Rooms.
