Decentralized Exchange Technical Support Specialist

This role is responsible for providing technical support to users of a decentralized exchange platform. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, and proficiency in Datadog, Grafana, and other observability tools.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary technical contact for users in public channels, handling questions on trading platforms.
- Act as the first contact for customers who reach out via ticketing system to triage and respond to issues reported by users, escalating when needed.
- Use tools like Postman, Datadog, and Grafana to debug user-reported issues or reproduce bugs to escalate to engineering.
- Work closely with Core Engineering Teams to resolve technical issues and manage Product Knowledge Base.
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage proactively with clients.
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
- Experience with Datadog, Grafana, and other observability tools, as well as knowledge of SQL and Python or other scripting languages.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision and readiness to take initiative.
- Willingness to be on-call, including occasional weekends.
- Familiarity with using GitHub for code changes, CI workflows, and feature development.
- Proven experience with API integration and support, along with tooling to help debug them such as Postman.
