About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing prompt assistance to customers via phone and email, addressing a range of IT topics and issues.

You will ensure that software, licenses and operations comply with standards and provide first call resolution technical support. Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions.

Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded.
