Project Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Services Manager to lead our team of professionals in delivering projects that make a real difference.

  • Job Description:
  • Lead office construction projects across APAC, ensuring alignment with program structures, schedules, and governance
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including Directors, project managers, and external partners
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables through strong oversight, resourcing and quality control
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Construction experience, preferably on site with builder in a management capacity
  • Degree in Engineering, Project/Construction Management, Architecture, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred
  • Proven project management experience in commercial fit-out and/or greenfield construction
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, with experience managing architects and engineers
  • Exposure to property development or data centre projects is desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and MS Project

  • Oversee budget development, scheduling, and contracting strategies
  • Manage design contracting and oversee development to IFC
