Job Title: Private Equity Fund Administrator

We are seeking an experienced professional to administer and manage a portfolio of private equity funds. The successful candidate will work closely with the Vice President and supervise a small team of accountants.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating financial statements and reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fund transactions, including net asset values and carried interest calculations;
  • Coordinate and review financial statements and associated reports, including performance metrics for monthly/quarterly reporting;
  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of capital calls, distributions, and equalisations to investors;
  • Work collaboratively with the Vice President and other team members to achieve business objectives;
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
