Job Description

Our ideal candidate will be a skilled product designer with expertise in creating engaging digital experiences. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user interface and user experience of our web applications.

We are looking for a talented individual who can combine creativity with technical skills to create visually appealing and functional designs. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop high-quality product features that meet the needs of our users.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing new product features and enhancements;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand design requirements and translate them into actionable design solutions;
  • Creating and maintaining design specifications, wireframes, and prototypes;
  • Developing and maintaining design systems and guidelines;
  • Conducting usability testing and gathering feedback from users;

The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, including proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Additionally, they should have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field;
  • 4+ years of experience as a product designer for digital products;
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD;
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methods;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly;
