**Senior Digital Brand Experience Designer**

My client is a Singapore-based digital health science startup on the path to expanding its operations globally. Committed to advancing happier, healthier societies, our teams are deeply dedicated to this cause.

They're in search of a highly creative and versatile experience designer eager for a broader range of projects and the chance to collaborate with an international team of seasoned design, scientific, and technology professionals.

You will be working on guiding and inspiring the team while setting the tone of the digital brand and experience design for the next phase of the company’s growth. This role reports to the Chief Experience Officer in Singapore.

You will be working on an exciting range of projects:
**User experience** - on the native app and third-party apps

**Client experience** - corporate client journeys on various platforms

**Brand experience **- website, social media, and collaterals.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of experience in design
- Strong graphic design skills, including experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Understand and build user journeys for a variety of users.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and experience conducting user research
- Experience designing for a variety of digital platforms, such as websites, mobile apps, and software.
- Passion for information design and infographics.
- Ability to research, package and present web and mobile design best practices and trends
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and ability to work with developers to implement designs.

**Bonus**
- Experience with prototyping and animation tools such as Principle, Adobe XD and After Effects
- Experience with accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Experience in developing marketing materials and working with external marketing and creative agencies.
- High level fluency in written and verbal English. Additional languages are a bonus, not a requirement.
- High level competency in design software - especially Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or equivalent platforms.
