Job Description

We're seeking an innovative professional to lead the development of high-impact digital experiences, encompassing websites, landing pages, and interactive assets that elevate our brand and drive marketing performance.

As a Creative Engineer, you will collaborate closely with marketing strategists, designers, and business teams to bring campaigns to life and enhance our digital presence. You should possess a strong eye for design, deep attention to detail, and the technical ability to turn creative concepts into responsive, high-performance web interfaces.

Key responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining marketing websites, landing pages, and digital experiences aligned with brand and campaign goals.

You will develop responsive UI/UX components and animations using modern web technologies such as TypeScript and React. Additionally, you will optimize web performance, accessibility, SEO, and responsiveness across major devices and browsers.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, Marketing Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of frontend/web development experience, ideally supporting marketing or creative teams.
  • Proficient in TypeScript with hands-on experience using modern frameworks like React.
  • Fluent in English and/or Mandarin for cross-functional communication.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce and/or other email campaign platforms.
  • Familiarity with Airtable or other low-code CMS and workflow automation tools.
  • Proficiency with Figma or similar design collaboration tools.
  • Strong grasp of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems.
