As a seasoned UX Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital landscape of our organization. Your expertise in crafting user-centric designs that drive business outcomes will be instrumental in our mission to create impactful experiences.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who can facilitate the development of strategic digital products, services, and processes. As part of our cross-functional team, you will work closely with product, engineering, and management teams to deliver high-value solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating inception and UX design workshops to uncover needs and pain points
  • Creating user-centered designs through iterative collaboration to achieve strategic brand goals and seamless user experience
  • Continuously incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and findings from concept and usability tests into your product designs
  • Delivering design artifacts including personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for identified solutions
  • Translating design requirements by providing style guides, design systems, design patterns, and aesthetically attractive user interfaces
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Some experience with creating visually appealing user-centered designs
  • Familiarity with interaction design, information architecture, and proficiency in design software (e.g., Invision, Balsamiq, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience with Agile & Lean practice
  • Strong attention to detail, an eye for aesthetics, and a focus on strategic branding
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions to stakeholders
