As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to high net-worth clients, supporting Private Bankers in daily account maintenance, and ensuring timely and consistent handling of client requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Private Bankers in providing excellent service to clients, including daily account maintenance and handling client requests.
  • Understand client requirements and assist in verifying transactions requiring authorization and processing.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, compliance, and internal security audit requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with current economic and financial markets to provide informed support to clients.
Requirements
  • Degree with 3-5 years' experience in supporting private bankers or relationship managers.
  • Passed Client Advisor Competency Standard Paper 1 and Paper 2.
  • MAS Registered/Appointed Representative.
  • Preferably with CMFAS Modules 1B, 5, 6A, 8A certification.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment.
