We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Renewables & Sustainable Energy team in originating and executing structured finance transactions across Asia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Originate and execute structured finance transactions, including acquisition finance and high-yield transactions
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide arranging and advisory solutions to clients
  • Review and prepare financial proposals, including term sheets and presentations
  • Monitor market developments and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 11 years of experience in project/structured/acquisition finance, preferably in the energy and infrastructure space
  • Strong understanding of loan documentation and credit process
  • Excellent financial modeling skills and ability to guide junior staff
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team
