Job Description

As a leader in early childhood education, you will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to foster the professional growth of educators. This includes guiding the implementation of an inquiry-based, holistic curriculum that supports both cognitive and emotional development.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Pre-School Education Leadership (DPE-L) or Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership (DECCE-L), Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL), or its equivalent recognized by ECDA.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing preschool centers.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with strong communication and customer service skills.
