We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Cultural Heritage Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of our heritage programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement processes including tender evaluation, contract awards, and budget proposals.
- Provide guidance and advice on end-to-end procurement process.
- Coordinate annual workplan, budgeting exercise and review budget submissions.
- Review and enhance administrative processes and workflows where necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Finance and Procurement.
- Meticulous, well-organised and good time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team, demonstrating strong communication, interpersonal and organisation skills.
- Familiarity with public sector procurement and finance guidelines, having Workday knowledge will be an added advantage.
