BIM Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled BIM specialist to create, manage, and coordinate complex building models. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate and detailed BIM models based on project requirements.
  • Review, modify, and update existing BIM models to ensure they meet industry standards.
  • Perform clash detection between BIM models from different disciplines to identify potential issues.
  • Generate quantity take-offs and drawings from BIM models to facilitate effective project planning.
  • Maintain model quality and integrity according to BIM protocols to ensure seamless collaboration among team members.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience as a BIM specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in major BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks is essential.
  • Strong preference for candidates with BIM modeling experience in healthcare facilities or laboratory construction projects.
  • Candidates must have excellent spatial reasoning and attention to detail to effectively execute their duties.
