Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Banquet Operations Manager to oversee the planning and execution of catering events across various locations in Singapore. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team to ensure seamless event delivery, guest satisfaction, and compliance with operational standards.

Responsibilities include:
Planning, organizing, and executing banquet and catering events (weddings, corporate functions, social gatherings, etc.)
Liaising with internal teams on event requirements, menus, and special requests
Coordinating with culinary, service, and logistics teams to ensure event readiness
Conducting site inspections, pre-event briefings, and post-event reviews
Supervising banquet staff prior and during events (setup, service, and teardown)
Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of catering equipment
Arranging and supervising logistics for equipment transport and setup
Training staff in hygiene, safety, and cleaning procedures
Collaborating with kitchen, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations
