We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relations Centre Ambassador to join our team at RICHEMONT LUXURY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. As a key member of our Client Relations Centre, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and representing our luxury brand with excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate online and phone sales to meet set goals and objectives
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer contact via telephone, email, live chat, and other media
  • Deliver brand information to customers and collect valuable feedback
  • Process customer data and information accurately and securely
  • Escalate system issues to team leaders and report findings on system improvement
  • Identify trends in customer satisfaction and report findings to team leaders
  • Follow company policies and procedures and represent the Group in a professional image
Requirements
  • Call center/customer service management experience, preferably in retail/e-commerce
  • Knowledge of contact center management tools, including CRM, interaction management, telephony, and social media management
  • Knowledge of quality monitoring tools and customer satisfaction strategies
  • Operational experience with WFM and scheduling tools in a contact center environment
  • Fluent in English and another local language (Mandarin, Thai, or Vietnamese) to support diverse clients
  • Proven ability to create and sustain positive relationships
  • Seasoned and knowledgeable about customer service and continuous quality improvement
