The Job:

The Boutique Executive will be responsible for warmly welcoming and engaging clients, driving individual and team sales objectives, and guiding clients through immersive experiences. They will also maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, oversee inventory awareness, and accurately handle transactions.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through immersive experiences, creating strong connections with the brand.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, ensuring front- and back-of-house areas are impeccable.
  • Continuously build brand and product knowledge through training and personal learning.
  • Oversee inventory awareness and maintain up-to-date product and pricing knowledge, with a focus on safety.
  • Accurately handle transactions and complete administrative duties.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, consistently reflecting brand values and culture.
  • Proactively engage clients, understanding their interests and preferences to provide an enriching experience.
  • Support new product launches and campaigns, contributing to brand growth.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, fostering emotional connections and loyalty.

The Talent:

  • 2-4 years of retail sales experience
  • Ability to leverage professional selling skills and bring in own clientele
  • Ability to create story-telling experience and engage customers effectively
