Job Description

The Luxury Product Support Ambassador will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences onboard our train. This includes providing technical and administrative support, troubleshooting product-related issues, and delivering outstanding customer service.

**Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of product information and support materials.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of product-related issues.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of support activities, issues, and resolutions.
  • Monitor product performance and provide feedback to the Product Support Manager.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the Product Support team to discuss progress, issues, and improvements.
Requirements

To succeed as a Luxury Product Support Ambassador, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality or customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with product support and troubleshooting processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and polished appearance.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
