As a Technical Solutions Expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. Our company is dedicated to providing comprehensive protection and support to large enterprises and government organizations through AI-driven products.

The primary focus of this position involves being the technical expert for our users, understanding their requirements, and supporting them in achieving strong cybersecurity with our solutions. You will work closely with customers to deploy and configure our solutions in their data centres or cloud environments, develop and configure use cases to meet their needs, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, and serve as the interface between users and our product engineering teams.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and have proficiency in coding, preferably in Python or other high-level programming languages. Familiarity with system administration and experience in Bash scripting are also valuable assets. Prior experience as an application field engineer or a customer success engineer is advantageous.
