Compliance Expert - APAC

Sustain a culture of compliance and ethics in a dynamic, global organization by leading the Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) efforts across the Asia-Pacific region.

  • Develop and implement the ABC Compliance Framework, including policies and controls related to anti-bribery, anti-money laundering (AML), and counterparty due diligence.
  • Evaluate high-risk transactions and conduct due diligence reviews to mitigate risks.

A successful candidate will have extensive experience in compliance matters, with a strong understanding of ABC regulations across the APAC region. Strong analytical and communication skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the development and implementation of the Anti-Bribery and Corruption Compliance Framework.
  2. Conduct high-risk due diligence reviews and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Deep knowledge of Anti-Bribery and Corruption regulations in the APAC region.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance programs.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
