**Job Title: Technical Project Lead for Ecommerce Enhancement**

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our ecommerce enhancement delivery efforts. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the management of our in-house team from a global delivery center.

**About the Role:**

  • Lead Agile delivery cycles, including sprint planning, workload sizing, daily standups, and backlog grooming to ensure consistent output.
  • Coordinate release readiness activities, including regression testing, UAT, defect triage, and deployment support, in collaboration with Solution Architects.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation (Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint) and provide regular delivery status updates and project reporting to stakeholders.
  • Provide hands-on support for requirements when needed, including drafting user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
