As a results-driven business development expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion within the small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) sector.

About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new lending opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the SME market
  • Provide tailored financing solutions to meet the unique needs of new SME clients
  • Streamline the onboarding process for new SME clients, ensuring seamless loan disbursement and administration
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales processes and identify areas for improvement in the client acquisition cycle

We are seeking an individual with exceptional communication skills, high organizational capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the SME banking industry
  • Strong understanding of SME businesses and financing concepts
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment
