Senior Building Information Modelling (BIM) Specialist

Job Summary:

This is a key role responsible for leading the development and execution of the Bim Execution Plan (BEP) in compliance with guidelines. The specialist will manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary Bim models from subcontractors and consultants, conduct clash detection, resolve design conflicts, and support constructability reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Bim Execution Plan (BEP)
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary Bim models from subcontractors and consultants
  • Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts
  • Support constructability reviews
  • Ensure accurate as-built models for handover and future facility management

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Bim leadership roles
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Bim 360, AutoCAD, and other Bim-related tools
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
