Job Purpose

Work with FPA / Treasures and strategic insurance partner to deliver the Bancassurance business targets, and other strategic initiatives

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with FPA/ Treasures on business performance, monitor productivity drivers, improve end-to-end sales funnel/process
  • Monitor portfolio mix and identify opportunities to align with partnership objectives
  • Develop and implement supporting business initiatives (incentive, customer campaign, tactical, recognition program, training, etc)
  • Collaborate with Financial planning/ Wealth management performance cells to drive customer engagement and improve customer journeys
  • Work closely with product managers to determine and develop new/ refine customers propositions, review and design customer journey
  • Work with internal compliance teams on audits, compliance testing and risk & control self-assessment
  • Participate in strategic initiatives by the business and strategic partners
Requirements
  • Good degree in a related discipline
  • Experience in product and/or sales management in insurance or investment solutions
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Team player with strong organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to manage both internal stakeholders and partner relationships
  • Excellent listening skills and able to present and communicate confidently
  • High capacity to challenge status quo
