VP/AVP, Full Stack Developer, Consumer Banking Technology, Group Technology

Group Technology enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
• Plan, design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Oversee the deployment of system features, ensuring seamless integration and continuous monitoring throughout the system lifecycle.
• Conduct thorough testing of completed code modules, resolving issues to ensure intended functionality and achieving maximum code coverage (> 90%).
• Work effectively within project teams to facilitate efficient and error-free coding practices.
• Create and maintain applications that guarantee reliability for end users.
• Perform software analysis, error checking, and debugging to maintain system integrity and performance.
• Implement strategies for blocking or rate-limiting unwanted traffic to protect application performance.
• Utilize capacity management techniques to optimize application efficiency and resource utilization.
• Provide production support and facilitate application releases to ensure stable operations.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance skills and development practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or information technology.
• Advanced knowledge of programming languages
o Front End: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, W3.CSS, JavaScripts, Angular, React, GraphQL
o Back End: JAVA, Python, Node.js, REST, SQL, "Firebase (Optional)"
• Advance Knowledge on Containers and Spring FrameWork
• Advance Knowledge on API Gateways KONG
• Knowledge of software systems and frameworks EONTEC & KONY (Optional)
• Experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD)
• Strong knowledge in writing Unit test cases
• Strong knowledge on Database (Schema & Tables)
• Problem-solving abilities
