AVP/VP, Structured Finance - $9,000 to $15,000 per month

Your new company
My client is currently looking for a Structured Finance (AVP/VP) to work in their flagship Singapore office.

Your new role
Reporting to Head of Structured Finance, you will be responsible for supporting origination of debt finance transactions through pitches, financing proposals and proactive engagement with clients. You will be involved in preparing internal credit applications, leading in due diligence as well as negotiating commercial and financing agreements. You are also required to develop, implement and monitor compliance with risk strategies, operating policies and practices ensuring effective risk management.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in structured financing across all sectors (from buy or sell side/corporate/advisory firm).
  • Adequate knowledge of financing and development of large scale projects.
  • Possess strong technical skills in financial modelling, quantitative analysis and credit analysis.
  • Familiarity with ECA backed financing and other agency financing would be an added advantage.
