Singapore Gk Consulting Pte. Ltd. Full time

Our client, a rapidly expanding quick-service restaurant and catering conglomerate, operates more than 2000 stores across China and globally. They have effectively extended their reach to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North America. Presently, they are launching their inaugural store in Singapore and seeking an HR and Admin Manager to spearhead the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of human resources services, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management and training
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding processes
  • Process payroll, CPF submissions, Insurance,and tax filings.
  • Administer EP, SP, WP application, renewal and cancellation
  • Ensure compliance of HR matters with corporate directives and local employment legislation.
  • Provide guidance to management on misconduct, poor performance, and other human relations matters.
  • Responsible for and the point of contact for day-to-day office operations and administration
  • Provide travel support which includes handling of travel arrangements, visas and accommodations
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the HR field
  • Well-versed with Singapore Employment Ordinance
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
