Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Assistant. The Project Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting project management efforts, including immigration investment, account management, immigration consultation, overseas travel coordination and conducting essential information research to ensure the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management Support:

-Assist in coordinating and managing various projects, including immigration investment, account management, immigration consultation, and overseas travel, from inception to completion.

-Collaborate with project managers to develop project timelines, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

-Maintain project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and client correspondence.

-Aid senior management in preparing submission documents for immigration applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

-Update the status of individual projects to provide transparency and facilitate effective decision-making.

-Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and provide administrative support during project meetings.

2. Familiarity with Visa Application Processes and School Registrations:

-Having knowledge of visa application procedures and experience with local/overseas school registrations will be advantageous in assisting clients with their immigration requirements.

3. Client Liaison and Relationship Building:

-Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on project status.

-Foster positive and long-lasting relationships with clients by demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and excellent communication skills.

-Anticipate client needs and proactively offer assistance and solutions to enhance their experience.

4. Information Research:

-Conduct comprehensive research on relevant topics related to each service area, including immigration policies, banking procedures, travel logistics, and client-specific needs.

-Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify potential investment prospects and trends.

-Compile and organize data to support decision-making processes and project planning initiatives.

5. Administrative Support:

-Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other project-related documents as needed.

-Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members and clients related to overseas travel.

-Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.

-Handle calendar management, courier services, scanning, and photocopying tasks to support daily operations efficiently.

-Perform any other duties assigned by managers or superiors to support the overall functioning of the team and company operations.

Requirements:

-Possess a Degree or Diploma in a related field.

-Proficient in MS Office suite for various administrative tasks with relevant working experience in project coordination.

-Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar role.

-Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred for effective communication with Chinese counterparts.

-Able to start work immediately.

-Open to traveling for business.

-Capable of adapting to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

-Possession of a Class 3 driver's license is considered advantageous.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.

-Ability to work methodically, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

-Strong analytical skills, technically driven, with a knack for problem-solving and a results-oriented approach.

-Excellent proofreading and document translation skills.
