Key Responsibilities:

Finance:

  1. Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  2. Prepare and analyze finance statements, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
  3. Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations,
  4. Implement and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  5. Assist in financial planning and strategic decision-making processes.
  6. Stay update on financial regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.

Admin:

  1. Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews arrangement.
  2. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  3. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  4. Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and data accuracy.
  5. Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • Proven experience in finance and/or human resources roles, with a minimum of 3 years of combined experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ethics and integrity, with a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Possess initiative and able to meet deadlines.
  • Good team player with positive work attitude as well as able to work independently.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese
