Accounts/ Admin Executive
Duties and Responsibilities
- Procurement process, raising purchase requisition/purchase order including coordination
- Supplier invoices verification, matching to PR/ PO/ agreement/ billing advice report
- Assist in generating sales invoice including SOA
- Assist with BS Schedule preparation, such as Accruals/ Prepayment
- Support ad-hoc finance admin functions such as supplier's portal registration, logistic handling
- Participate in other ad-hoc finance functions/projects as assigned
Requirements
- Polytechnic, LCCI beginner or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience in account executive/ support functions
- Well versed in Excel, Microsoft office. With SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Meticulous, with great attention to details
- Good team player who possesses good inter-personal and written/spoken communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise, in a fast-pace and dynamic environment
- Highly motivated and willing to accept changes & challenges
