Roles & responsibilities:

As the Sales Manager, he/she will wield a multifaceted role marked by strategic prowess and operational finesse. His/her foremost responsibility lies in orchestrating a high-performing sales team, cultivating a culture of excellence, and driving revenue growth through insightful market analysis and innovative sales strategies. Spearheading client acquisition and retention initiatives, he/she will build and nurture key relationships with beauty retailers, ensuring a seamless and mutually beneficial partnership. In tandem, his/her acumen will be instrumental in formulating and executing sales forecasts, while meticulously monitoring market trends and competitor landscapes. Adept at leveraging data analytics, he/she will optimize pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize profitability. Fostering a collaborative environment, he/she will work closely with cross-functional teams, aligning sales objectives with overall company goals. His/her discerning leadership will elevate our brand in the competitive beauty industry, positioning us as the supplier of choice for discerning retailers.

Specific responsibilities:
