Sales Manager

Job Summary:
- Industry: Logistics (ISO tank)
- Working days: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the Sales team
- Coordinate with internal departments, agents, and relevant parties on ISO tank and Flexitank trade matters
- Liaise with agency offices on sales activities, market situation, sales leads, and potential customers
- Handle the administration of sales order processing, including sea imports and export processes
- Ensure all destination cost requests to agents are responded to promptly and accurately
- Manage all regional tender requirements
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams and agents to ensure timely and accurate execution of shipments
- Responsible for the sales budget set by the management
- Set and execute the sales policy in conjunction with the management
- Negotiate sales contract with Asia Pacific customers that is in line with Company management and Pricing team
- Analyze the traffic flows to measure probability on a round trip/triangular-based mode in conjunction with Cost Control Data
- Ensure communication and tasks related to other departments and agents are completed in a timely fashion and adhere to deadlines set
- Set up and execute regular client visits and relevant branch offices
- Analyze statistics and execute market research
- Other ad-hoc duties and initiatives assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma in Logistics
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and knowledge in ISO Tank/ DG goods/ Flexitank
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in leading a team
- Strong commercial acumen to achieve the company's target
- Good communicator and fluent in English
- Self-motivated and able to perform under pressure
- Strong team player with good initiative and ability to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interface with all levels internally and externally in a professional and responsive manner
- Able to multi-task and handle work professionally, maturely and efficiently
- Experience in handling overseas agents and offices would be helpful
