Regional Officer, Sales & Marketing
Job Summary
- Assist in sales and marketing activities, including operational support for sales, marketing assets creation and budget management.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer and to coordinate between different departments toprovide timely and accurate support to facilitate sales, customer support, account setup and maintenance.
- Support in Product Management tasks, including reporting, forecasting and inventory management, so as to achieve Business Plan/Set Target objectives in terms of sales,profitability, and sustainability.
- Support in implementing sales & marketing activities through analysis, research, planning, and coordination with various departments and sales companies.
Key Accountabilities
- Support Product Manager in sales and marketing activities and budget management. Work with various departments in the production and reviews of sales and marketingcampaigns/activities.
- Support local sales team in Product Management functions like orders, shipment, budget and A&P activities.
- Drive and manage the sales process, delivery, shipment and inventory of Business Unit's products and services.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for samples arrangement, sales order processing, delivery workflow, payment terms and other operations.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis using historical reports and trends. Consolidate and analyse data to create various monthly and quarterly reports.
- Manage customer accounts such as new account setups, customer account maintenance.
- Manage monthly forecasting and allocations so as to minimise slow-moving and improve delivery lead time
Job / Skills Competencies:
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and coordinate with various stakeholders, bothinternal and external vendors on multiple initiatives and projects.
- Ability to perform quantitative data analysis and appropriate data visualization using Excel & PowerPoint.
- Team player with strong analytical, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to seek improvement and challenge status quo. Experience in process and operational improvement initiatives is an added advantage.
- Good business acumen and able to conceptualise business directions and operationalworkflows
Qualifications:
- Diploma in marketing, Business Administration or related field, with min. 3 years experiencein similar role
