RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To receive and make inbound & outbound calls from/ to customers.
  • To perform job order taking/ entry, related to vehicle breakdown.
  • To accurately capture and submit job order via GPS/CAD system.
  • To assign jobs and monitor job status.
  • To liaise with contractor when there is a need to utilize their services.
  • To handle all calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • To attend to customers' complaints and escalate complaints to supervisor, if necessary.
  • To perform credit card sale transaction when required.
  • To undertake adhoc tasks as and when assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum N' Level and above.
  • Preferably with 1 to 2 years working experience in Customer Service.
  • Good computer and communication skills will be advantage.
  • Good team player who is service-oriented.
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Entry level with positive attitude are welcome to apply.
