Summary

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, your responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end activities of the full recruitment cycle. This includes but not limited to understanding the requirements of various roles, taking on a creative multi-channel approach to sourcing candidates, assessing the candidate, managing the candidate relationship, negotiating salary packages, and onboarding candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Regularly updates of hiring needs by department.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
