Admin & Marketing Executive

We were first established in Oct 2021, but as a 2nd generation business, we have been in this hair industry trade locally for 40 years. We are seeking an enthusiastic, talented, and versatile Admin & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.
The role of the Admin & Marketing Executive will be
- assisting the Functional Manager as the backend lead, to streamline work processes,
- With the opening of a new concept salon, the Admin & Marketing Executive will also be assisting the Functional Manager in setting up the new outlet, &
- can assist in the accounting, administrative, branding and marketing too.
Working hours:
- 5 day a week, incentive will be given if able to work on weekends. Working hours are to be discussed.
- Mondays to Saturdays: 1030 am to 6:30pm
- Sundays & PHs: 11am to 6pm
Overall Objective:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Gain valuable experience in the administrative field and develop professional skills.
Responsibilities:
- General Administrative Tasks:
- Customer Service & Support
- Data Entry & Recordkeeping
Maintain and organize filing systems (both physical and digital).
Prepare and process documents (e.g., invoices, expense reports, meeting materials).
Manage office supplies and equipment, ordering as needed. - Marketing Tasks:
- Assist with developing and implementing marketing campaigns (e.g., social media management, email marketing).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis (as delegated).
- Manage and update the company website and social media platforms (as delegated).
- Data Entry & Recordkeeping:Input data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases.
Generate reports as required. - Other Duties:Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Recently graduated from a recognized ITE or Polytechnic program in Singapore.
- Good computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
