Marketing & Admin Assistant

Job Summary:The Marketing & Admin Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the marketing and administrative functions of the food catering company. This role involves assisting with marketing campaigns, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the company's operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital and offline efforts.
- Help maintain the company's social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content such as blog posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive strategies.
- Renewing Halal certificates and other relevant certificates for food and beverage (F&B) to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain the required standards.
- Setting up on delivery platforms like GrabFood and Foodpanda.
- Collaborate with suppliers to create visually appealing promotional flyers that effectively communicate our brand, menu offerings, and special promotions.
- Proficiency in photo editing software is a significant advantage.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist in managing catering orders, including order processing, invoicing, and coordination with the operations team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems. - Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Support the coordination of catering events, from initial inquiry to execution.
- Assist in communicating with clients to gather event details, preferences, and requirements.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of catering services.
- Work closely with various teams within the company, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Communicate effectively with clients and vendors, maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach. - Assist HR & Admin Manager and responsible for handling of partial HR & Admin functions.
- Other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties delegated from management and superior.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates should possess at least 3 years of marketing experiences in F&B industry.
- Able to work independently in fast pace environment under minimal supervision.
