Culture & Organisational Development Manager

We are delighted to be working with a well-renowned organisation in Singapore, supporting them in their search for a People, Culture & Organisational Development Manager.
You will be playing a pivotal role in shaping the firm's culture and enhancing the businesses success. You will be responsible for developing the people strategy, implementing initiatives, and programmes with the aim of achieving the firm's vision of being a high-performing employer of choice. You will create the mission statement, utlising personality and psychometric assessments to evaluate the team dynamics and provide recommendations to ensure optimal team performance. You will work closely with the relevant internal teams such as the Internal Communications team on creating a clear and cohesive narrative as well as the Talent Development team on making impactful learning and development programmes. You will help to foster a culture of innovation, growth, and learning and you will utilise data to identify potential trends and patterns to help make strategic decisions.
To be successful in the role, you will have 8+ years of experience in human resources, ideally with industrial-organisational psychology or organisational development. You are strategic, critical, and analytical thinker, able to conceptualise frameworks from research and data. You are a strong storyteller, communicator and have the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels, internally and externally. You are organised with the capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will ideally have experience operating within an MNC firm in Singapore.
