At Diabetes Singapore, our mission is to enhance the lives of those we serve by addressing diabetes-related challenges within our community. We are committed to improving our community's well-being and are seeking an exceptional Organisation Development Manager to help us achieve our goals.


As the Organisation Development Manager at Diabetes Singapore, your role is pivotal in driving the organisation's strategic initiatives, shaping the future direction of our charity, and elevating our data and digital capabilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Strategic collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Executive Director in shaping the future strategic direction of the Charity. Contribute to the development of new initiatives and provide comprehensive management of ongoing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organisation's vision.
  • Collaboration with partners: Working closely with partners to develop and execute social initiatives and programs that make a lasting impact on our community.
  • Communications oversight: Managing the organisation's communication efforts, including press releases, social media engagement, and the annual report, to ensure our mission and achievements are effectively communicated to stakeholders.
  • Mobile Bus service management: Taking charge of the management and optimisation of our mobile bus service, a vital component of our community outreach efforts.
  • Event coordination: Overseeing a wide array of events, from fundraising activities to educational talks and workshops, ensuring they align with our mission and deliver significant value to our community.
  • Additional tasks: Willingness to work on tasks as and when assigned by the Executive Direct
