Job Description

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Maintain & update accurate records on HRIS and internal portal
  • Coordinate and assist onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate and assist internal/external training programs and surveys
  • Process work pass applications and renewals
  • Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other related HR letters
  • Assist annual performance appraisal process
  • Assist in review of HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee insurance and/or claims with the insurer
  • Assist in CSR activities and office events
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required

Job requirements

  • Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
  • Take ownership and initiative of your tasks
  • Eye for details, proactive and willing to take on challenges
  • A genuine interest and curiosity to know how to make things better
  • Great interpersonal skills with positive learning attitude
