Service Coordinator

- Job Reference S10218
- Receive and acknowledge client emails and customer correspondence.
- Provide the client with a quotation and update the system with the quoted job.
- Initiate requisitions to suppliers and receive quotations in response.
- Follow up with the client to obtain a purchase order.
- Prepare quotations and dispatch them to the client.
- Record received orders in the system.
- Notify the logistics team to coordinate with the supplier for service/spares.
- Upon arranging service/spares, coordinate with agents to ensure timely delivery to the vessel.
- After completing the job, ensure the client receives the service report or Delivery Order (D.O), and obtain a signed copy from the vessel.
- Update the system to reflect the completion of the job.
Follow-ups:
- Reach out to customers to address queries for quoted items without confirmed orders.
- Cancel unconfirmed queries upon client non-confirmation.
