Roles & Responsibilities

Primary Job Duties
· Answering the enquiries/feedback of customers (service or product failure) via email or phone and refer to appropriate personnel for investigation.
· Follow up the outstanding payment collection, if any.
· Preparing repair, checking and installation quotation & air-con maintenance contracts to send customers daily.
· Scheduling and follow up on job orders for delivery, installation and servicing.
· Coordinate and liaise with customers, technicians and contractors on installation and service maintenance.
· Resolves installation and service problems by clarifying the customer’s issues and determining the cause of the problem to provide appropriate support.
· Maintains good relationship with customers and technicians to keep customer base.
· Ensure that all repair and servicing orders are entered into proper records, monitored and completed timely.
· Additional duties added by management.
