Roles & Responsibilities

As a Channel optimisation manager, you will lead efforts to maximize website and third-party platform traffic and conversions. You will focus on enhancing user experience, conducting A/B testing, and providing data-driven insights to improve customer experiences.

Responsibilities include participating in website initiatives, analyzing reports, and staying updated on eCommerce trends. Additionally, you'll source new commercial opportunities online and offline to drive business growth. This role demands analytical skills, strategic thinking, and collaboration to enhance our digital presence and overall performance.

In particular, you will:

  • Identify and optimize traffic and conversion opportunities for both the website and 3rd party platforms.
  • Drive alignment and user experience across the ecosystem, emphasizing the website (essential) and omnichannel (preferred).
  • Collaborate with Analytics for A/B testing in various channels, focusing on the website (essential) and omnichannel (preferred).
  • Provide data-driven insights for cross-functional partners on customer experience and channel optimization (website and 3rd party marketplace).
  • Participate in website initiatives, implementing and tracking tests through reporting and analysis.
  • Attend regular meetings to ensure alignment across store/eCommerce enhancements, prioritizing backlog (website essential, omnichannel preferred).
  • Stay updated on eCommerce trends and competitor activities for future enhancement recommendations (website and 3rd party platforms).
  • Provide performance reports and recommend changes for KPI improvement across the website and 3rd party platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for consistent brand messaging and customer experiences.
  • Sourcing new commercial opportunities online/offline.

We believe that you will be a great fit for this role if you:

  • Hold a degree in related fields
  • Have 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably .com
  • 1-2 year experience in management skills
  • Good understanding of e-commerce marketplace daily operations, seller centre, seller metrics and key e-commerce metrics
  • Experience in stakeholder management both internal & external
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, ppt)
  • Ability or experience in hosting live-streaming session will be a plus
  • Basic proficiency in photo/video editing (Adobe) will be a plus
  • Interest in fashion trends and products
  • Able to work well independently as well as in a team and willing to learn/grow with the company
  • Possess initiative, strong communication and interpersonal skills
