Training Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with departments / divisions regarding staff training needs
  • Help organize, develop and source training programs to meet specific training needs
  • Help develop training aids such as facilitator guide and handbooks, and PowerPoint
  • Maintain staff training records and prepare training report
  • Handle all logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
  • Arrange and develop training programs for interns
  • Be an ambassador to all training standards and policies
  • Prepare feedback tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training
  • Develop creative and informative communication systems, i.e., training posters, etc.
  • Identify and coordinate outside training sources which address departmental training needs.
  • Ensure successful completion of the training/certification process
  • Execute and continuous enhancement of staff recognition program
  • Prepare a monthly training calendar for approval
  • Undertaking any other adhoc projects / tasks as assigned

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree holder, preferably in Training and Development or Adult Learning
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in training delivery and curriculum development
  • Possesses ACTA or ACLP would be an added advantage
  • Meticulous , proactive, resourceful, empathetic and able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Possesses good communication and presentation skill
  • Team Player
